Printable Page - Not a Certificate

Insight Microchips does not offer printable official certificates for microchips. While you can print information from our website, this printout is not considered an official certificate because it lacks formal elements such as an issuer's signature, an official seal, and certification that the microchip is actually implanted in your pet.

For an official microchip certificate, ask your veterinarian to provide documentation certifying the microchip number is implanted in your pet.

Insight Microchips cannot verify that a specific microchip number is implanted in a pet, which is why we cannot issue an official certificate ourselves.

You can print your pet’s page for reference only. This reference page is useful if you do not have mobile data access, you can use the printout from our website to cross-reference with the official certificate provided by your veterinarian.

Steps to Print the Page:

1. Open the webpage with the microchip information.
2. Use your browser’s print function (usually found under the File menu or by pressing Ctrl + P on your keyboard or  Command + P).
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to print the page.
