New Registration

Microchip registration is completed by the veterinary clinic that implanted the microchip or an Authorized Insight Database Administrator.

After the clinic registers your microchip in our database, check your email for setup instructions. Once your account is created, log in to verify your information for accuracy.

Please note that microchip registration is an administrative record only and should not be relied on as conclusive proof of legal ownership. We review the information and documents submitted to us, but we do not independently verify or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or current validity of any information provided by pet owners or third parties. Our records are only as accurate as the information and documentation provided at the time of submission. In some cases, we may request additional documentation to support the request.
