How can I upload a photo for my pet’s page?

To upload a photo of your pet, please follow these steps:
1. Sign in to your account at www.insightmicrochips.com/home.html#/login.

2. From your dashboard, navigate to "My Microchips" and select the row for the microchip of the pet for which you want to add a photo and click "Purchase Photo" button.
3. The "Purchase Photo Upload Page" will open - verify you have the correct microchip number and name.
4. Click the button "Select Image" file (JPEG photos only).
5. After selecting your image, click "Purchase". A payment window will appear — enter your email and credit card information to complete the purchase.
6. After payment, your photo will be posted on your pet's public page within three business days.
