• Help shelters or clinics reach you if your pet is found

• Allow you to manage and update your registration via “My Account”

Payments & Pet Photo Uploads

Insight Microchips accepts payments through Stripe for optional pet photo uploads. Stripe is a secure, third-party payment processor embedded on our website.

We do not collect or store credit card data. All payment information is entered securely through Stripe and processed under their privacy policy. Pet photo uploads are only processed after successful payment.

Account Access & User Responsibility

Registered pet owners have access to a secure “My Account” area, where they can update their contact and pet information. It is your responsibility to keep your information accurate and current.

Insight Microchips participates in the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool, which helps shelters identify the registry associated with a microchip number. The tool does not display owner names or personal information.
